Question: Getting toned up and loosing weight!?
I'm about to be 15 (2 months), weigh 110, I'm 5'1 and i've been trying to loose the last stubborn 10 pounds!. My biggest weight was about 130, which I've kept on since last year!. Any tips on loosing those 10 pounds!? Also any good websites that show exercises to tone up my body!? thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat less carbs (bread) mainly and more veggies!.veggies are full of water and have not alot of sugar which converts to fat!.
also, excerzie if possible!. if you REALLY hate going to the gym try biking or dance or something to get your calories burinin!!
