Any idea to get buff arms in two weeks?!


Question: Any idea to get buff arms in two weeks!?
I have a dress that i have to wear in 2 weeks from today!.!.!.do you have any idea how to build muscle in my arms by then!? I went kayaking yesterday but will push ups work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to be "buffed up" then you probably have to do push ups, sit ups, crunches, any arm exercise you can think of in one day!. You're going to have to work hard though!. You could also lift weights (if you have any)!. Try to not eat any junk food and eat things like carrots, grapes, apples, and other healthy stuff!.

its not impossible just going to be really hard to do!. you need to get a set of weights and with those weights do numerous types of arm exercises!. try these ones first : use the weights and curl your arms to your chest standing up, then try stretching your arms out with the weights then bring your arms in!. if you do this enough for two weeks you'll see a difference but not to drastic of one thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

Its not possible to have a noticeable size gain in two weeks!. However if you want your arms to look big for just a while take some creatine and then do some aggressive curl sets!. This will cause your muscle to store water and it will look significantly bigger for a couple of hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I tried to get!.!.!.a little built up arms !.!.!.like toned and more muscular!.!.!.!.in two weeks !.!.!.not even butt!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and it didn't work!.!.!.!.i could see a difference, but it takes WAY more time than 2 weeks to get buff!.
