Food journals?!

Food journals?

Do you keep a food journal? Is it online or on paper? Do you find it helpful? Is it hard to keep up?

I am thinking of starting one just to see how much I actually eat. I'm not sure if it's a good idea cause I don't want to be constantly counting calories or anything like that

I do keep a food journal. And it also helped because, on paper, you will be surprised as the foods you actually stuff into your mouth- and the amount! Gosh~
But at first, when I started out, I was like lazy and inconsistent. Thereafter I realised that in order to obtain physical results I actually need to be consistent with such efforts.

So you should, too. It shouldnt be a decision made on a whim.Good luck!
