How can i work out my arms without having my elbows ache the day after?!
Question: How can i work out my arms without having my elbows ache the day after!?
i have the worst ache in my elbows right now from lifting 3 pound weights last night!. i almost always get it, but i dont know how else to work out my arms! i'm trying to burn off a little of that very stubborn underarm jiggle!.!.!.i do curlups and situps while holding these weights, and after i do sets with just lifting them from ground to upperarm while lying down!. any suggestions>Www@Answer-Health@Com

stay very hydrated!. usually working out and being underhydrated will cause soreness of some sort!. i workout almost on a daily basis and its key to drinking plenty of fluids mostly water to keep body soreness from happeningWww@Answer-Health@Com
