Can i lose 15 pounds in 2 months?!


Question: Can i lose 15 pounds in 2 months!?
im not fat or skinny,just chubby!.
is it possible to lose 15 pounds by august 12!?
If so,what stuff do i need to eat!.!?
And what do i need to do to shed those pounds!.
I have an old fashioned ab lounge!.
i dont want to run!.
what foods do i need to eat could i go on a sandwhich diet!?
lol i know that sounds funny,but just eat ham,cheese and lettuce sandwiches for a week or so,is vitiamin water good for you!?

You can most definitely lose 15 pounds in 2 months, the standard to lose for most people is 1-3 lbs a week, so if you push yourself a bit, it'll be no problem!.

With what to eat, it's simple back to basics, breakfast - a healthy cereal (not like Frosties), Lunch - Sandwich, with chicken / tuna / or something of the likes (don't get me wrong here, ham isn't bad but I've turned into a health nut and won't touch anything too fatty, but it will not have any bad effects by eating ham instead), Dinner - I assume you're still with your parents as you're at school, just have whatever they cook for you that day, and for snacks, have a load of fruits in between meals to keep you full!.

Someone else posted about cutting out the carbs, I'd avoid diets such as these, I've heard thousands of stories saying as soon as they came off their diet and went back to carbs their weight shot back up, it's important to have a balanced diet, a little bit of everything, but not too much of the other, protein diet is only going to help you if you're intending to be very active, you're only going to be doing walking I assume, so there's no reason to go overboard and guzzle a whole chicken breast right before you do your cardio!.

Cardio should consist of 1 hour of walking, I've always found exercise to be essential in weight loss, that is, if you want it to work at a good pace, many people also say it takes 20 minutes for your heart to start burning fat whilst walking!.

Simply put though, watch your calories, eat around 1500 calories a day, make sure you exercise, don't eat any unhealthy foods!. If you can follow those 4 things, everything should fall in place for you!.!.!. something optional but I wouldn't do with out it, make a log sheet to keep track of your weekly weight loss, it really helps point you in a good direction!.

yes! all you have to do is eat less, and healthier and be active!. for example think ahead if your out eating and you want chocolate cake for dessert than don't eat bread or fries!. just make compromises in your mind!. and eating less and healthier you shrink your stomach, which will make you eat less!. and you must exercise at least 3 times a week!. you can easily loose 3 pounds a week and stay fit!.

you should eat:
green beans
brocoli
peas or corn rearly
spinach
watermelon (delish and soooo healthy)
oranges
mango
meat

vitamin water has tons of sugar!. If you aren't willing to run, then you probably don'twant to do much exercise!. I would say jsut beat the hell out of your ab lounger, and do all the exercises you want to!.

You must chose an excersise that suits you and stick to it!.You must also control your diet!.It is not advisable to reduce more than five pounds a month!.So plan to get rid of ten pounds in two months!.It is achievable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm so not in the fitness industry, but I'll tell you what my experience has been!. I'm also at an inbetween kind of weight!. Recently I started taking fast-paced walks most every day and doing simple weight lifting exercises!. I also cut down on food portions and stopped drinking sugarie beverages/using high calorie salad dressings!. I've lost about 7 pounds in the last month!.

I'd be careful with going on a one item diet!. Food is what makes you function, and I highly doubt you'd get everything you need from a sandwich alone!. Besides, you want something you can stick with, and I'm guessing you don't want to eat ham and cheese only for the rest of your life!.

As for vitamin water, I'm sure there are benefits, but usually there's a ton of a sugar per serving, and like three servings in one bottle!. Try to balance meals, don't eat things you know are bad for you (dortios/twinkies/etc), take smaller portions, snack on fruits or veggies instead of chips!. I don't jump on the whole "no carbs!" bandwagon, but less carbs, and things that are wholegrain and not super refined are generally going to be good for you!. If you can't pronounce the ingredients in something, you probably shouldn't eat it!.

Look at the small habits, and cut them out or just cut them down!. I've found that doing things in moderation has really helped, and i don't feel like I'm suffering!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is very possible to lose 15 pounds by August 12th!. Depending on how well you follow your diet and cardio, you could lose it in less then 2 months to be honest!. The key to fast weight loss is the protein diet!. If you drink about a gallon of water a day, wake up in the morning and boil eggs and eat the egg whites (not the yellow part inside, just the outside) with a little bit of pepper (no salt, salt makes you retain water) then eat chicken breast and turkey breast, both without the skin!. Also fish is good to, just lean more towards a leaner fish like Tuna!. The reason the protein diet helps people drop weight very quickly is because your body uses carbs for energy, and what it doesnt use as energy it stores as fat!. So basicly if you stop eatting carbs, you no longer are getting carbs for your body to use as fuel, so it has to turn to the stored fat!. Meaning that if your doing cardio and following this diet, you would lose the weight twice as fast then if you followed a diet which had you eatting carbs!. Reason being is on a carb based diet, you have to not only work off the carbs you eat through out your day, but also work off extra stored fat!. Just remember that water is a big factor with the protein diet, drink as much of it as you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you can!. exercising is a big part!.if you walk vigourously a little everyday!. the south beach diet really works i lost about 10 lbs in two weeks!. or course you dont have to it as strict as it says just use as guidelines!. it teaches you how to eat healthy!. mainly if you dont really want to diet carbs are never really a good idea!. so you want low carb, low sugar, and low fat or good fat!. for example nuts and granola are fattening and you shouldnt the whole bag!. but if you limit yourself and eat 10g of fat from granola its better than eating 10g of fat from butter or something fried!. really good places to shop for healthy foods are trader joes and whole foods!. and they do actually have specific ready made south beach stuff!. also check labels!. dont eat anything with hydrogenated oils in it!. BAD! or partially hydrogenated!.
