for exercising- you lose weight, get in shape, and are healthier over all!.
for drinking water- your skin glows and looks a lot better because drinking a lot of water flushes out impurities!. also, if you drink enough (like 8-10 glasses) you can lose water weight if you continuously do this!. it has something to do with your liver and kidneys!. your kidneys need water, and when it doesn't get enough, you liver has to help it do its job, which keeps it from doing its own job well!. the liver burns fat tissue or something, so it can't do this as quickly when it has to do the kidney's job too, so when you drink water, all the water your body has been storing goes away (you go to the bathroom a lot, though) and you lose water weight and your liver works better!. your body is expecting the water, so you'd have to keep drinking it for a while, and eventually it'll even out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.
