Question: Questions about Exersising!?
Sorry If I spelled it wrong but Leslie Sassone always says it's good to sweat!.I know that but if your losing water from sweat then how!?

Also when I work out I try to keep my back straite suck my abs in and breathe but I find when Iam doing really hard cardio workouts with pylometrics, isometrics, weight lifting and some teists that it is hard on my breathing!.What coulod be some things that I am doing wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
