What can I do to run faster?!
Question: What can I do to run faster!?
I play soccer!. I can't run very fast!.!.!. I mean, I can run faster than a lot of people, but that's still not fast enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
Do sprints!. Every coupla days, go all out on 40 yarders!. Work up to 10!.
Do some leg strengthening exercise!. Squats, if you can get at weights!. Lunges are good, too!.
If no weights, do single leg bodyweight squats!. Hold onto a chair for balance!.
And get a good running base, I mean!. Run some distances every coupla days, too!. Do some miles!.
IF this fits in with your game schedule!. Might be better to wait til after season!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people are born with speed, but a good way to make yourself be able to run faster is to!.!.!.practice! If you build nerve connections btwn your brain + your legs, your response will be quicker!. Also, try pedaling on a bicycle as fast as you can!. Do it 6 days a week for 20 min daily w/rest in btwn!. This, and sprints, will make your legs stronger!. Also, if you're racing one of your opponents to get the ball, concentrate on drawing ahead of them!. Don't listen to the people who said you must be more disciplined, kicking a ball into the goal isn't going to make you faster!.Work on building up the speed in your legs by doing short sprints whenever you can!.!.!.like up and down your hallway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
