All i think about is weight Weight weight!! calories fat sizes !?!

Question:

All i think about is weight Weight weight!! calories fat sizes !?

I have been concerned about my weight for like 2 years already and its driving me crazy help! I am 14 years old, well almost 15 i have no clue what my weight is, my height is about 5'5-5'6 I just get so scared when i see weight scales! i am a size 9 though. I pretty much eat healthy, not much of a meat eater either, or high fatty foods, skim milk. Anyways i just had it already with this diet thing in my mind 24/7 It seems I alwayls count every calorie, and sometimes i just feel like "starving" will help me lose even more weight! I want to be skinny, i just want to!! I do get physical activity, i usually dance or do aeorbics, or sometimes just bike, for like an hour not every single day though... But now its just gotton worst. I use laxative products because i need them, but i seem to be thinking about doubling my physical activity for 3 hours each day.. and like eating only 1200 calories so i can go to like size 3 or something . I feel like a fatty! with big thigss! =o

Sometimes, worrying too much about something can be as harmful as the thing itself. Firstly, even an adult requires 2400 calories to survive a day, and growing adolescents require even more. I'm almost 16, so I know. I'm shorter than you, about 5'3", but that runs in my family. If i were you, I wouldn't worry so much. I've seen friends who go so far in their attempts to get that perfect body that they end up getting anorexic. I've seen them having fits and spasms because of it. In this world where beauty is so glorified, and all we get to see from the media is a kind of beautiful perfection that is next to impossible to achieve. Don't let it get to you. Real beauty comes from being normal, not perfect. The media makes us all feel bad about ourselves. Are you a gymnast? and actor? Are you trying to sell your body? If you are, then you might have a problem. However, for the rest of us, normality is better than just good. Don't tear your hair over it. For your age and height, around 55 kilos (121 pounds) give or take 5 kilos (11 pounds) is alright. Do not fret. You look good!
Good Luck
