Question: HELP! I really want to lose weight this summer!. Any tips!? Does anyone know of a good diet plan!?
I've been looking through old photos of myself when I was in high school and I was so thinnn!. I thought maybe it had to do with the fact that I was in cheerleading but im not sure anymore!. I gained weight so rapidly and I dont even know what the cause was!. I just want to happy with myself when i look in the mirror!. I recently took my friends advice & found a sport I like playing, tennis!. Tennis is fun for me and its a good workout!. BUT i dont think thats enough!. Does anyone know of a diet or what exercises I should be doing to lose the weight!? I hope to lose at least 30pounds by the end of summer!. HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diet alone will not make you lose weight, you must eat healthily AND exercise well!.

You don't have to go on any fancy weight watchers diets or anything, just look on the back of the packets of food you buy, make sure it is low in sugar and calories, and obviously saturated fats!.

ok diets don't work well ok but take this don't eat unless ur stomach is grawling n stop when u now u can't eat no more n play alot of sports the best thing to do is go to the gym n then to the pool n just swim for like a hour or 2 n u will lose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

its when you eat 5 small and healthy meals each day,
and then excersize 5 days a week,
it helped her a LOT!
she lost about 6 pounds in two weeks!.

3!. Drink lots of pure water, eat 5-6 small meals per day!. Make sure you are getting enough lean protein in your diet!. Try to avoid as much processed foods as you can and allow yourself a couple of "cheat" meals per week!.

4!. Have a good support system with a friend or family member!.

*breakfast:
-1 toast
-1 glass milk, but if ur lactose intolerent,
-1 glass orange juice
-1 lowfat granola bar

OR

-1 bowl milk&cereal

avoid: eggs, bacon, rice, potatoes (hash brown), pancakes


**lunch:
-small salad with meat for energy
-slim fast

avoid: fatty sandwiches, burgers, fries, large softdrinks especially soda

***dinner:
-salad with fresh greens(:
-1 bowl milk & creal
-1 large glass of juice

avoid: aw, i have to give up my arizona green teaTT_TT;
steak, ribs, fast food restaurants/vendors

small snacks:
try to control crvings but if ur really hungry, get used to granola bars or fruits[:

MOST IMPORTANT:
drink as much as water as you can

If you are looking for another way, try Weight Watchers, either online or at a meeting near you!. You learn how to eat healthy, it's all about portion control, and eating anything you want!. Also If you can, try Curves for Women if you have one in your area!. Good 30 minute aerobic and resistance training, getting your heartrate up, and having a good time doing it!. I go 3 times aweek, but you can go everyday, anytime of the day!. You don't need a cutsey excercise outfit and you'll meet women of all ages and incomes!.
