Is ok to pig out?!


Question: Is ok to pig out!?
on cheerios!? i have been so hungry lately and ate 3bowls of cheerios with banannas or strawberrys!. is this bad!? i do not know why i am so hungry though!. i didnt work out yesterday, but the day before i ran 4 miles and only ate spinache ravioli,is that why!?!? ussually i eat 7small meals a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

if your eating healthy everyday, working out alot then it is ok to have a cheat day once a week just to shock the body, because when your eating healthy everyday your body gets used to it and your metabolism slows down so shocking it will cause it get faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like your body wants to be healthy!. You need more fiber so try to eat foods high in fiber so you will feel full and not pig out on bad foods!.

I would say just make sure you drink a little oj with that cereal so you can at least get the vitamins to absorb!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
