Am i fat???????????/?!


Question: Am i fat!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?/!?
Can u help me think of some ways to loose a couple pounds,
i drink water alot now n days!.
does water help you loose weight it makes me feel stuffed even tho i only had a lil something to eatWww@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

you should be comfortable with your body and like who you are but if you cant =[
drinking water is good because it curbs your apetite!. try to only eat 2,000 calories a day and make sure none of those foods are really high in fats!. but still eat!. also eats lots of fruits and vegetables and not alot of meat!. if you drink milk drink skim and dont drink pop or eat candy!.
and exercise alot alot alot!. sit-ups, cardio [running, jogging, walking, cycling] stretches and just about anything is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're going to drink a lot of water, make sure you are using the restroom when you need to go and you might even want to take water pills!. These will help balance out the water weight you might be putting on and they will make you feel less bloated!. They were once a very popular fad and they might be your perfect solution to losing a couple of lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't drink too water because that adds "water weight"
And don't depend on the scale for your answer either!.
Weight varys with gender, age, height (Etc!.)
Get a body fat % test!.!.!.!.!. average people are supposed to excersize 5-6 times a week for at least one hour a day to stay healthy!.
Get into sports!. :-)
Something physically demanding, because it's a lot easier to gain weight than it is to lose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
