Should i lose weight? and is my workout good?!


Question: Should i lose weight!? and is my workout good!?
ok so i just biked about 5!.5 miles in about 37 minutes and i am 5'3 and about 110 lbs (18 year old female) and i was wondering if that was a good workout or if you would recommend more!? any advice is great!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being a trainer, that sounds like a great workout!. I think you should start running also!. Maybe you can join a gym and start doing some training with weights!. For example working out your abdominals and legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
