Im currently at 157(5'8) and need to know how much weight I have to lose to start seeing abs!.

You did not list your age, I would estimate from your pictures you are around 14 to 16!. I would suggest a body building regimen, and stamina building regimen, although, be aware, some types of exercise will stunt your growth, and you may not be at your genetic height!. So, this is what I would suggest, start with stamina training, running, or swimming, or a combination of the two, would be advised!. In addition, try to keep your weight training high reps with light weight, these types of exercise will tighten the muscles, define them without destroying muscle tissue!. You shouldn't focus on how many pounds you need to lose because when you get your abs you might gain or stay at the same weight!. Just try to eat healthy, eat protein to build muscle and work on your abs really hard!. Do many ab exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
