Good routine for abs?

i go to lift at the gym 2-3 times a week... is this a good routine to get abs? i do 50 reps on the ab machine, using about 100 lbs... and then 50-60 situps

Pretty good...What you need to do also is target different parts of your abs. Upper and lower abs and also the obliques which you can use the ab rotation machine for. Also roman sit up are good for lower abs. Good to Men's Health .com and look up abs and you'll find lots of good exercises...
