Question: I am 11 and I weigh 128 puonds!.I hate it when people call me names what shouold I do!?
Well, I am an 11 yeaar old girl in Oakland and i weigh 128 pounds!.Some kids at school call me fatty and chubby girl!.I just feel so bad!.I want to lose weight but when i see food i just have the nerve to eat it!.What should I do!?Im also afraid because im going to middle school soon and they talk about people a lot!Im helpless please help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe eat healthier!? No more junk food or soda!. When you see that you're hungry and you're about to scarf down something bad, drink water and immediately find some fruit or vegetable to eat!. Maybe not even having bad food in the house will prevent your nerve to eat it!.

Or you can try walking or running, that's a good way to melt those pounds!.

But sometimes people are mean and you have to deal with it!. Be proud of yourself, at least you're not 129 pounds!. lol!. Just be happy and know that you can change if you put your mind up to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

find foods that are still yummy but are low in calories!. if you eat 1/2 cup of SHERBET icecream, it is only like 100 calories!. You can not eat over 2000 calories a day!. Try eating about 1500 calories every day!. make sure you are eating healthy food and get exersize!. try focusing on food that is natural rather than made in a factory just to make money off of it!.natural food is healthier and better for you!. After all, you are what you eat!. Do you want to look like junk food, or like healthy, vibrant, colorful foods! every time you are about to eat, just think!.!.!.you are what you eat!. And most people eat because of boredom, so get up and go get active when you feel like eating because you should eat breakfast, have a small snack two hours later, then lunch, then a small snack 2 hours later, and then dinner, and 2 hours after a small snack!. make sure everything you are eating is healthy and good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im in 10th grade and i weigh 150!. Iv'e always been trying to lose weight & for some reason its never worked out!. Iv'e been teased and stuff too but i somehow managed!. All my life ive been missing out on a lot of things like boyss, and i would always wear cute clothes but never felt comfortable in them!. I would always say i would lose weight, but never did!. Untill now, im eating alot healthier and iv'e been excersising a lot as well!. I'm doing this for myself, and for the love of my life!. Ive liked him since the first day of 9th grade & he likes me back too, he just doesn't want a relationship, and i know its because of my weightt!. You have to want to lose weight in order to lose it!. Think about how much better your life would be and how much confidence you would gain! You don't have to change your eating habits, just don't eat junk food all the time, limit it, and have it once in a while!. Listen you shouldn't listen to other people!. The only people whos input matters is family and good friends!. People that put you down are actually insecure about themselves so they pick on other kids to make themselves feel good!. you need to change!. ask the kids or friends if they can help!. people don,t need to eat alot!. the most important is breakfast!. have a good breakfast in the morning!. a lite lunch and eat lite before going to bed!. salads are good at night!. good luck and may the lord bless you!. hope this will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well my friend is actually 140 ibs!. But she surly doesnt look like and she is 11!! Who cares what they say but Im not saying go stuff your face Im saying just keep a healthy diet you are not ferociously big!! My friend looks like only 110 ibs to me!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

and give yourself a treat, so then you wont be as tempted to have it, so its not forbidden!.
