Answers:
Nope, 10 lbs in 2 months is perfectly fine! You could even lose 15 in 2 months and that would still be considered healthy!.!.!. good for you for doing it the slow and steady healthy way! 1-2 lbs a week is the rule of thumb for healthy weight loss!.!.!. and at 5'5 155 this is totally doable!. Losing 40 lbs in a year is different, because when you have more to lose, you tend to plateau and adjust in the middle of it, so it takes a little longer!. Congrats on your success though! It's good to finally see some sense and health on here! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is healthy!. 2 lbs a week is about average so about 8-10 lbs a month is where you want to be!. So you could lose more if you wanted to, but make sure you keep doing it the healthy way!. Plus if you do it wright, it is less hard to gain it back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A healthy weight to lose per week is 2-3 pounds!.
So if you lost 10pounds in two months, id say that is healthy!

Ignore him! Hes probably abit miffed that you lost your weight faster then him, you know what boyfriends are like!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, congratulations on your weight loss! Your boyfriend is being a pain--10 pounds in two months is PERFECT! That's five pounds a month, just slightly over a pound a week, which is what every respectable doctor in the country recommends!. Why he's being negative instead of supportive is the question you need to ask yourself! ARE you eating in a way that is NOT healthy!? If so, maybe that's his concern--and a very legitimate one! Make sure your diet consists of three healthy meals and two healthy snacks each day! Use the food pyramid for guidelines!. To lose weight, your meals need to be smaller, sure, but they need to be every bit as nutritious! Drink plenty of water!. Get plenty of activity!. If you do these things, and he's still giving you a hard time, spend your time with someone more supportive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
