I am 20lbs overweight what is the best way to loose 25lbs in 5mo ,and tone your thighs and abs?

naturally..does jogging and speed walking 3 times a wk for an hour help?

Yes, but there's also more to it then that. You might also want to change some things around your diet. Example, eat more often through out the day in smaller portions. Drink plenty of water, typically 8 glasses/ day;depending on your weight. Also, if you eat out alot, try gradually substituting maybe those large orders with small orders.
I changed my daily eating habits about a month ago and now I eat about 5-6 small portions a day. At first I would eat the small portions and would still be hungry after the meal, but after about 2 weeks, your body gets accustomed to eating less and less.
The most important thing is probably the most difficult part is sticking with your plan. Alot of people could any take so much becuase they've been with their habits for so long. Luckily for me I have a strong will so I'm glad I've kept it up this long. Hopefully you can too. Good Luck. Remember, it isn't impossible.
