Question: I'm getting fat! What shall I do!?

All of the diets are mostly fad diets that don't really help you lose weight in the long run!.

Fat makes fat!. Avoid fatty foods, snacks, fast foods especially!.

A balanced diet with fruit, vegetables and lean meats will help keep you healthy and trim!.

Cheeseburgers, french fries (and any deep-fried foods), hot dogs, processed meats are not good!.

for drinks: milk, chocolate milk, 100% juice(preferably orange)

well just wach what your eating n try to cut down on junk food
drink water instead of soda, try not to eat alot of pork!.
Also you can get inrolled in a gym the cost isnt much!.
If you can then just do excersies at home

Take a daily vitamin, eat lots of veggies, not so much fruits as they have natural fats and carbs in them!. But take a fruit over loads of carbs!. Cut down on portion size!. Eat lots of meats!.!.!.!. protein is essential!. I'm gaining weights as well but its good weight, muscle mass and such, just be careful how much and what kind!. (don't eat hamburger!.!.or greasy foods) Lean meats such as venison, maybe chicken!. Last but not least, exercise!.!.!.!. even walk for a half hour to an hour a day!.!.!. Swimming is an amazing workout

Uh, now that depends if it's healthy fat or not!. If not, cut down on the meat and junk food and add lots of vegetables and fruits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut down on the junk and start exercising for 30 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
