Quick, easy, question!?!


Question: Quick, easy, question!!?
ok so i just biked about 5!.5 miles in about 37 minutes and i am 5'3 and about 110 lbs (18 year old female) and i was wondering if that was a good workout or if you would recommend more!? any advice is great!
also, do you think i need to lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think that is a good workout!. You managed more than 30 minutes!. Any cardiovascular exercise is good!. It is a good idea to exercise 4/5 times a week if you can!. Any exercise like swimming, jogging/running, climbing up stairs, skipping, etc!. These will all get your heart rate up and tone your entire body by burning off excess calories!. Not that you need to worry about burning off excess calories!. As you are certainly not overweight!. There is no need for you to lose any weight!.

Your BMI, Body Mass Index is 19!.5!. The lowest weight is a BMI of 18!.5 and the highest is a BMI of 25!. Any weight within this range is considered healthy by experts!.

No sweety,u def!. dont need to lose weight!. Im also 18 & i worry about my weight sometimes too!. Us teens tend to do that!. lol, Im 5'7 & weigh about 125!. U should just try to stay at that same weight ur at rite now cause thats perfect!. And 5!.5 miles in 37 mins is a VERY good workout,the only thing that you should probably add is crunches &/or sit ups (only if u need it though) Its summer & im sure you'll wanna look great in a bikini or cute little tanks!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

That would be a great workout for someone who needed to lose weight!. Although, I think you are a perfect weight for your height and age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
