I need lose weight and gain muscle?
okay i have a little tummy i wanna get rid of
im 5'3 and i have about 5lbs extra that i want gone
it really matters to me
well i already eat healthy
but what exercises are best to make me lose that fat and tone my stomache

Well eating healthy is a very good thing. As long as you are eating 5 to 6 small meals a day spaced about 2 and half to 3 hours apart you'll get rid of that tummy in no time.It will make you burn the fat by raising your metabolism and drink lots of water and do a good amount of crunches everyday and excersise doing whatever you like, jogg in place, run, dance....ect.
