Question: How can I bulk up over the summer!?
Im 5' 9", 120 lbs!. and i need to bulk up for next school year!. I eat protein powder every day and want to know what other ways i can gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Now, reading your question I can't tell if you are trying to build muscle or just overall mass!. Building just fat is dangerous to your health so I recommend building muscle!.
It can start with just running every day! Start yourself off by running a mile a day and you will build abdominal muscle and leg muscle!.
Also, doing both benching and curling with a weight set is the best way to gain muscle!. Always push yourself when lifting and be sure to always have a spotter!.
If you need to buy a good, cheap weight set, go to Dunham's or any other fitness store!.

mostly just lift weights!.!.!.!.give a good focus to upper and lower body, don't skimp on one or the other!. The protein powder will help you build muscle faster too!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
