Question: How can i lose my weight in less than 3 months !?!?!?
i am 15 yr old girl!.!.and my height is 150 cms!.!.i weigh 122 pounds!.!.
plz suggest some ways to lose my weight and reduce fat around my waist and thighs!.!.i need to do this in less than 3 months!.!.say 2 n 1/2 months!.!.please help!.

and
i don't want to lose much weight!.!.!.!.but i've gone terribly out of shape!.!.!.and need to lose most of the flab around my waist and thighs!.!.!.plz help!.

i don't have a cardio instructor in my town!.!.!.so some help will be appreciated!!!.!.

First of all you need to understand that weight isn't a measure of how good or well-trained a person looks!. It's about the ration between muscles and fat!. The more muscles and the less fat you have the better you look!. Since muscles are heavier than fat it's not a problem if you weight more in a few weeks!.

You're goal should be to reduce fat and gain muscles!. This can be achieved simply by going for a run every day and by trying some body-weight exercices (e!.g!. pushups)!. Don't harm your body by following one of the many crazy diets there are out there!. Simply try to eat as health as possible and listen to what your body tells you!. If you run for 2 hours and you're hungry PLEASE eat, it's important that you do!.
