okay i have a little tummy i wanna get rid of
im 5'3 and i have about 5lbs extra that i want gone
it really matters to me
well i already eat healthy
but what exercises are best to make me lose that fat and tone my stomache
help please
i cant go to a gym or spend any money on it
i want it natural

Do like 500 crunches a day. 250 first thing in the morning, and 250 in the evening. Do 50 reverse crunches, 50 on each side (obliques) and 100 reg crunches. Do this twice a day, everyday and no exceptions. You will have amazing abs. I would even throw in some back extensions along with it, about 50. Just don't overextend your back while doing them. I prided myself on having my abs as my best feature and this is all I did. I ran 3 miles a day also. You might want to do that too, if you don't already.
