(Another popular figure is 1-2 lb a week, but if you are significantly more heavy you might lose weight faster to start, and if you are only 110 lb now, you might find 2 lb a week unrealistic while maintaining healthy patterns!.) Above this point and there's a good chance of unhealthy habits, and that you lose good lean body mass along with the fat mass you really want to get rid of!.

Sparkpeople!.com is a great site!. If you are serious about losing weight at a relatively fast pace, you will want to track your food and exercise!. This site will allow you to do this, and has a lot of information that can help you!.

Routines depends on what you enjoy!. Remember to do cardio and strength training!. (Strength training at least twice a week, full body -- For fat loss and maintaining your lean body mass/strength, be sure to lift heavy enough that you exhaust in 8-12 reps, 2 sets!.!.!. if your over weight than you can loose more than someone thats not over weight
and it depends on how committed you are if your willing to workout 5 days a week then 3 days a week you going to seeway better results!.
