What is the best way to strengthen my chest muscles?!


Question: What is the best way to strengthen my chest muscles!?
i wanna know what is the best way to strengthen chest muscles in a small amount of time (time it takes for a work out wise!. not really concerned with time to get results the quickest way)!.!.!.i want to make my chest muscles stronger so that when i get older i wont have the old saggy boobs and instead nice perky uns still lol!. thanks a lot!.!.!.men what are some of ur work outs that keep ur chest nice and up there that a woman can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

push ups, and some butterflies alternating days though, that way you have resistance and keep it up realisticly!. other wise you will burn yourself out and quit!. wear sport bras for support, and always stretch before and after!. eat more protein to build up muscle!. boobs are mainly made up of fat cells not muscles so if you are working out you might lose some "boob mass", so to not have that happen eat stuff that will make you more muscular for the pecs to stay up and to make them strong, and so you don't end up flat chested!. ^_^ assuming you don't have big hooters! hahaha! that was always my concern growing up doing a lot of exercise and all, but i do have average size i would say!. lol!. boobies are bound to have some sagging but it is good of you to prevent as much as possible!. a lot of girls don't even wear them!. they think it is to be more " free" and what not!. i think that besides wanting to be little sluts, they are stupid because they don't know the real purpose of a bra! SUPPORT! hahaha we will let them find out the hard way, that is what they get!

But I have to tell you, your boobs are made of fat and glandular tissue, that lay ON TOP of your chest muscles!.
If they sag, you can have rock solid chest muscles, it's not gonna matter one bit!.

Just wear a bra all the time!.
Some of this is dictated by genetics too, as well as childbirth!.
Those giant baby-nursing boobs stretch the skin, so when that goes away, you have really thin breast skin!.

Some women have super good skin though, and this doesn't happen to them!.
It's all genetics!. Chances are, you're going to be pretty much in the same boat as your mom!.

get into a bench press and butterfly routine!. Pushups are great and, believe it or not, lap swimming is great for subtle strengthening!. There a a few different areas of the chest to work and swimming works all of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just do your basic push ups!.!. try to stay away from weight training!.!. you dont want to start a diff type of development!.!. so just do you closed hand puhs ups!.!. and wide armed push ups every other day !.!.!.!. start off small then work to do 3 sets of 8 a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
