my sch is going 2 reopen on 23rd and i became fat in these holidays!.help me out in my mission!.i m 15 yrs old,height-5!.4,weight-59!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I assume you mean 59 kilos, which is around 130 lbs!. 5'4, 59 kilos is exactly what I am and it's healthy!. You don't need to lose any weight!. If you feel like you need some toning, try Pilates!. Don't try to mess with diets or anything, just focus on exercising about 30-60 minutes a day!. Swimming, running, biking, Pilates, workout DVDs (I like Tae Bo), etc!. Don't worry about the number on the scale!. Just work on tightening everything up through exercise! And most of all, ENJOY the last bit of your holiday! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well u can try playin a sport that invovles alot of running to tone ur legs if that is ur main goal!. basketball ,track and field ,soccer or just running around ur neighborhood or riding ur bike every day

man i wish i was 59kg!.!.i gained like 5kg these past few months and im actually working my way on getting back to 59kg!. And im your exact same height!. You're healthy! I remember when i was that weight i was so happy with myself!.!.and like i said my main goal is to getting back to that weight!. So dont change a thing!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i hope u mean your weight is 159 not 59 because if u weight 59, youre scary skinny!. and, u cant expect to drop like 20 pounds in two weeks!. why do people think they can!? to become thin its a loong process, unless you dont want to eat for the next 15 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Can't really lose any major serious weight in two weeks but you can lose water weight if you work otu enough cut back on eating and also sweat more than you intake in water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
