How do I lose weight fast without pills?!


Question: How do I lose weight fast without pills!?
I am 18 y/o and I weigh 235lbs!. I am 6'1'' and I don't look too fat but I am overweight!. I need to get rid of some "love handles" and lose alot of fat in the torso area!. Anyone have any good routines/diets to help me out!? I exercise regularly and I work out at the gym, sometimes i get lazy and stop for a long while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast: whole grain cereals, toast (whole grain bread), fruit, multivitamins and minerals (great for overall health) and 2 glasses of water!.

coffee breaks: fruit, vegetables, protein snacks (protein helps you feel fuller), herbal tea (great for energy and weightloss) and 1 glass of water!. (if your a coffee drinker cut down to 2 a day)!.

Lunch: soup is always good nutrition, sandwich made with whole grain bread stacked high with greens and your choice of lean meat!. Grilled cheese is good too!. Don't forget fruit!. 2 glasses of water!. multivitamins and minerals!.
