okay, im in about the same situation as you, except i'm 5'2, and weigh 129lbs

i couldnt for the life of me lose any more weight then 5 pounds, so i went to the Y and got a fitness cosultation (if you're a member, its free!) they help you come up with a plan that fits your needs

what i learned

1!. for someone our age (15) you need to do cardio for at least 60 minutes, 5x a week, getting your heart rate up to 18 to 30 beats every 10 sec!.

2!. you need to lift free weights 3x a week, this will boost your metabolism, and speed up weight loss, while making you look better (if you dont know how to properly lift, ask a trainer to give you a one time lesson)

3!. as far as diet is concerned, eat about 6 mini meals a day, and write down EVERYTHING you eat!. you need to make sure that you're getting 3 serving of dairy, 5 servings of fruits and vegatables, 2 servings of protein, and 4 servings of whole grains a day

4!. drink water, not diet pop, or gatorade, drink WATER!. after lifting weights, drink milk, they told me that some studies have shown this can boost results up to 40%, so it cant hurt!.!.!.

5!. do crunches and situps throughout the day, they're a "do any where " exercise that requires no equipment

these tips will help you lose weight in a safe and healthy way,
(by the way, dont try to lose more then 2 pounds a week, anymore than that is just water weight,which doent help you in the long run!.!.!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not going to sit here and lie to you and make
some sort of outrageous claim that I can get you
to loose 40 pounds in two weeks without killing
yourself, because I can't!. And even though, it is
very possible to lose at least 20 pounds in a two
week period of time I am not going to teach you
how to go about doing it because it is extremely
unhealthy, and I can bet you already know the
strategy to that, don't you!? Just don't eat and
you can accomplish that, but I guarantee that
there will also be a lot of muscle mass lost in
the process, and you definitely don't want that
because it is the muscle that is going to have you
looking great once you dissolve all that fat from your
body!.

The real amount of weight that you should be
striving for on a weekly basis is one to two
pounds!. That's it! Unless you weigh over
280 pounds 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy
amount of weight lost!. If you are over 280 pounds
3-4 pounds a week is acceptable!.

I know this seems like it is going to take forever
to reach your goals, but if you want to loose
weight and KEEP IT OFF, this is what you
have to do!. And when you think about it, two
pounds a week is about eight pounds a month,
and eight pounds times twelve months equals
96 pounds in one year!. That's not bad at all, now
is it!?

So, here's how you go about losing those 5 pounds
or more in this two weeks!.

Do a good thirty minutes of cardio every day, whether
it be running, jogging, or playing some type of sport that
you enjoy!. Furthermore, make sure that you are eating
the right kinds of foods!. Salads, grilled chicken breast,
Salmon, nuts, you can through some whey protein
in there, and some fruit; however, not an excessive amount!.
You definitely want to stay away from the fried foods,
french fries, pastries, and ice cream because these
foods will most definitely hinder your weight loss!.

If you stick to this plan and are committed, then you'll
definitely loose those five pounds or more in two weeks!.
And remember, be consistent!. Even when you do lose
five pounds in two weeks, you probably aren't going
to see any noticeable difference, but it is the little
steps we take today that have a huge effect in the future!.

Are you asking how to lose 15 pounds by July 11th!? 5'6" and 135 is great--do you need to lose 15 pounds!? Maybe you just need to work on toning up between now and then!. If so, that would involve changing your diet to eat highly nutritious foods and working out for at least 60 minutes each day!. Make sure your workout consists of cardio (running, power walking, biking, swimming), strength training, and stretching of some sort, such as yoga!.

Start off with exercising an hour a day in the form of brisk walking, jogging, swimming, aerobics or cycling whichever you prefer!. Go the gym 3 days a week!. Meanwhile help out with the daily chores at home such as ironing, gardening, cleaning etc!.
Getting involved with sports such as tennis and squash will also help you to burn calories and lose weight!.
Keep yourself active!.

try jogging everyday, going a little farther each day!. cut salty and sugary foods out of your diet!. try being vegetarian for a month!. make sure to get iron and protein supplements though if you doWww@Answer-Health@Com

if your asking how to lose 15 pounds, just excercise!. do crunches or something!. thats what i do, i do 100 crunches every night! im on my way to my 6 pack! OH YA! lol!Www@Answer-Health@Com

being about the same age and doing the same thing cut all sugar pretty much as much as possible and get on a bike and ride for a couple hours a day!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
