Well that muscle is what actually makes it look big. To increase the size use weight not reps. For example 3 sets of 4-6 reps as you can . The following exercises work: push-ups w/ arms close in, dips, tricep pull down. and scull crushers. It would take me this whole paragraph to explain form and how to do each exercise. Look i tup on the internet to get more info and illustrations on each. Your diet is way important too. High protien RIGHT after your workout. 1.5 grams for every pound you weich. Be sure you stretch lightly before working out and concentrate on stretching after to decrease soreness and risk of injury. HOPE THIS HELPS!
