How long should i speed walk/jog for in the morning to help slim down my butt?
Im not really trying to lose weight, i just want to lose some inches off my rear end. How long should i be excercising for in the morning?
Answers:
walking and jogging, initially start with 20 min... and extend it upto 45 min.
45 min a day is good (30 min is minimum)
