Good diet??!


Question: Good diet!?!?
Do you think this would help me lose 5 lbs in a month or 2!?!? (Its just belly fat!.!.!. I'm 5'3 & 120lbs, ideal weight 115lbs!.!.!. I'm trying to lose my belly)!. Anyway, Here's what I'm starting today: Breakfast: Banana Nut crunch cereal w/2 % milk
Lunch: either same as breakfast or a turkey or tuna sandwich on wheat bread
Dinner: lean meat, 2 servings of veggies
Snack: fruit (watermelon, strawberries, an apple, or grapes)

I'm going to walk for at least 30 minutes everyday but try for more than that (I'll be walking with my 2 yr old daughter in her stroller)!.

I'm going to do ab exercises 3 times a week like crunches on a stability ball and others!.!.!.

Do you think this will work!?!? Also, any suggestions are appreciated!.!.!. and please NO information or links to "detox diets"! Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds great!. (: Make sure you spice up what you eat, includes lots of veggies, fruits and such!. Don't eat when you're not hungry!. And also try drinking a few cups of green tea everyday!. It's has antioxidants, and it's just overall good for your body!.

For your walking, see if you can't try to make it at least an hour!.
