Question: If i weight train and do cardio, and put on muscle, will I burn more fat than doing just cardio!?

that completely depends upon ur ratio of cardio to lifting and how intense u do either one i do about 1!.5 miles in around 9 minutes but as for weight lifting after my run i will chill for just a bit and then do about 5 super sets which is 10 exercises and i lift hard and explosive!. Either way you will end up burning more fat with lifting eventually because your muscles have alot to do with fat burning and the bigger the muscles the more fat that is burnedWww@Answer-Health@Com
