How can i loose weight fast, or am i just being stupid?!


Question: How can i loose weight fast, or am i just being stupid!?
I weigh approxamitely 130 pounds and i am 13 years old height being 5'2"!. I think i am really fat compared to other girls my age and some of my friends!. I absolutely dread wearing a bathing suit because i am afraid of what people might think!. So, i am thinking of either becoming anarexic or belemic!. I know this is not safe for my health, but i really dread showing skin in a bathing suit and being afraid of being called fat!. So, what do i do!? How can i loose around 30 pounds b4 it gets too far into summer!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been thin and I've been chubby and I've never noticed a difference in my life - at all!. In fact when I was thin, I was usually more unhappy because all I ever thought of was food!

I'm staying in a hotel at the moment and three girls about your age stepped into the elevator while I was going up!. All of them wearing bikinis!. None of these girls were model skinny but they were all very attractive, healthy and sexy because they were confident!.

I've wasted so much of my life worrying about weight loss; I've thought about it every single day since I was 13 years old!. Its too late for me to get that time back but there's still hope for you!. Let go of the idea that you need to lose weight, stop comparing yourself to others and focus on creating a life for yourself that is wonderful, exciting and inspiration to everyone else!.

Think about the person that you love the most!. What makes you love them!? My favourite person in the world is my best friend who is beautiful but not thin, certainly not Jessica Alba skinny, but who carries herself like she's important!. She's also an artist who creates music that makes people stop in their tracks!. What if she spent all her time exercising, instead of writing those songs!? What a terrible waste that would be!

Imagine what you want the world to think of you after you are gone and then enjoy the time you have!. It goes so fast, you cannot even imagine!.

you may need to loose some weight because the most that you are supposed to weight is 120 pounds and the least is 80 pounds so if you loose 10 more pounds you will be perfect!
try to exercise 3-5 times a week, from 30 to 60 min!., drink from 8 to 10 glasses of water, eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies daily, eat 3 servings of low-fat milk products, don't spend so much time in front of the T!.V!. or computer!. if you do this stuff you will loose weight in no time!. also watch your carbs after 6:pm and eat healthy snacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're 13 year old! Your body is just barely going to make a shift, and here you want to ruin it by doing something dumb!?! Don't do that please! I know right now you don't feel good about yourself, but as soon as 14 and 15 come around something is going to happen as long as you eat sensibly!. You body is going to lean out, your baby face is going to turn into a really sweet face, your eyes are going to pop(in a good way) and all will be good trust me I see it first hand I teach highschool! Don't worry, just do a little exersise, eat sensibly, and nature will take care of the rest, just be patient!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow!.!.!.!.don't go anarexic or belemic!. That is really a stupid discusting way to lose weight!. I would say just go the good old fashion healthy way!. Work out, excercise, and don't eat junk! It is the BEST way to loose weight!. You can do it! It is a little harder but it is totally worth it! you dont need to develop an eating disorder to lose weight, i dont know why you would think of that instead of just trying to lose weight the healthy way!. eat more fruit and veggies and get some exercise! it also does not sound like you are overweight, everyone has a diff shape and size, dont compare your body to your friends and obsess over it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh my gosh ! listen to me , please ! I know someone who just died because she was belemic ( my 2nd cousin ) !.!.!. Im saying this for your own good !.!.!. if you become anarexic !.!. you will either at some point !.!. die !.!. or start eating again !.!.!. and then guess what !? youll gain it ALL back ! so please dont do any of them !.!. there is no point ! All you have to do is excerise and eat healthy !.!. i am 14 and i am 5'8 and was 152 pounds !.!. this new years i told myself i was going to lose weight !.!. now im 132 :) so its not as hard as it seems ! just eat healthy and excerise but please dont do anything that will harm your body !Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can't become anorexic or bulimic! that's an insult to those suffering from it, and you really shouldn't be considering that!. just add in 30 minutes of exercises everyday, and keep yourself healthy =)

exercise!!! dieting helps, but does nothing in the long run!. runnign and swimming (esp!. swimming) helps losing weight!. be careful what u eat, only eat 6 spaced out meals a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not overweight in the least, and please, please don't become anorexic or bulimic in order to lose weight!. If you lost 30 pounds you would be unhealthy!. Trust me, eating disorders mess with up your body, but they also really mess up your mind!. I used to be bulimic, and it was absolute hell!. Eating disorders mess up your metabolism, and even if you lose weight in the short term, you probably will gain it all back and more!. That happened to me!. Also, you end up losing muscle mass instead of fat!. Just start running every day and work up to 1/2 an hour!. Also, make sure you are eating 5-10 servings of fruit and veggies a day, whole grain breads and cereals, and DON'T SKIMP ON PROTEIN!. Your body needs protein in order to build muscle!. Please be sensible about your weight loss and fitness goals!. You deserve to be healthy and happy, not malnourised and depressed!. Take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, Gabby, it's LOSE weight, not LOOSE weight!. Your pants get loose after you lose weight!. The way I remember it is when I'm going to use one of those words, I say both, and then it's obvious which is which!. If you're going to do it, you should know how to spell it!

It's ANOREXIC (not anarexic) and bulemic (not belemic)!. If you're going to throw these terms around, you should at least learn to spell them!. Anorexia & bulemia are mental illnesses!. You can't "become" that, but you can copy their behavior, if you don't care about staying alive!. Anorexics & bulemics DO look nice & thin in their caskets!.

Rather than do that, figure out why your weight is what it is!. Talk to your doctor, and get on a meal plan that makes sense for maintaining a healthy body weight!. Anorexics and bulemics don't do that!. They starve themselves, literally, and they die from heart attacks because starvation robs their heart muscle of protein in a desperate attempt to find nourishment!.

Also, how active are you!? Diet alone will not maintain a healthy body weight!. We humans were meant to do physical work, and if you are not finding activities that fulfill that activity level we need, then you will be heavy!. So before you start "barfing your way to slenderness" try a more active lifestyle!. Get involved in sports, dance, etc!. Also, if you find something physical at which you excel, you will care a lot less about the size of your a$$!. Females who focus on that and do desperate things to get thin usually don't have anything else going for them!. Get something else going for you!.

Since threatening anorexia or bulemia is, in my book, going off the deep end, I have one more thing to say to you!. Attractive body size is a fashion, a made up thing that changes from year to year!. Don't let fashion determine how you feel about yourself!.
