Question: Walked 15 1/2 Miles!.!.!.!?
I walked 15 1/2 miles on Friday night!. & I was walking around 4 miles an hour!. Is that good or bad!? How many miles should I be able to walk in one hour!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's incredible!. I have a hard time walking more than 3 miles an hour!. It usually takes me about 20 minutes or so to walk one mile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow you spent 4 hours walking! Thats amazing, you rock! Thats good that you walked 4 miles an hour, next time try for a smaller goal so that you dont over work your body but try 5 miles an hour!. Too much exercise is a bad thing but if you do that maybe once a month or once every 3 weeks you should be fine!. I think its great that you walked 15 1/2 miles just dont do it ever day(or even every week)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seems to be a reasonably brisk walk!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!. If aiming at weight reduction, it is desirable not to go beyond 1lb/week!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats very good 4 mph!.!.then in one hour youd walked 4 miles!? im 45 and didnt have wheels for a long time and i walked 14 miles in 3 1/2 hours!.!.!.so 4 mph is very good walking speed most walk at 2 mph!.!. steveWww@Answer-Health@Com

In 30 minutes I am able to run 3!.3 miles and I run about 9 minute miles so if you walk 4 miles an hour you'll be able to walk 4 miles!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nah thats good!. I walk really fast too!. My friends say i walk way too fast!. I just say they walk way too slow!. And im only 5ft!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
