Weight Program?!

Weight Program?

Hey, I play Hockey in the winter and I wanted to keep in shape over the summer. My Weight Program constist of Running (a fast pace Jog, about 2 km) about 5 times a week (Sunday to Thursday) and I lift free weights every second day (Monday, Wed, Friday, Sun). I do it for about 30 minutes, and i work my arms by dumbell curls, chest by dumbell flies, Chainsaws for the back and Crouches for my stomach. I do 3 sets of each of 15 reps and change excerises during each set. Example 15 dumbell curls, 15 flies, 15 dumbell curls and so on. Am I on the right TracK??

yes its nice to see people actually doing something lol unlike half of us americans just watching football lol americas the fattest country in the world and it disgusts me. you could be a role model for them lol of course your on the right track.
