Exercise, diet, weight loss????? help??!


Question: Exercise, diet, weight loss!?!?!?!?!? help!?!?
adverage day i take in about 400 -500 calories a day, hour running, hour walking the dog and half an hour boxing!.

is this enough exercise 2 loose weight, i have already lost a stone but seems 2 be slowing down now to about 2 or 3 pounds a week :(

It is slowing down because you are not eating enough!.!.!. your body is going into starvation mode and trying to hang on to everything you are eating!. Start to eat properly, but healthily, and lose the weight the healthy way!. Otherwise when you start to eat normally, it will come straight back as you have slowed your metabolism right down!.
Cut down on the exercise, and eat more!. If you want to continue doing that amount of exercise then switch the boxing and the dog walking per day!. Or switch it for something calmer but that still burns calories, eg pilates or yoga!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will make yourself ill - not so much with the exercise but with such a low calorie intake!. Your body will go into starvation mode and weight loss will slow down dramatically!. You will of course continue to lose weight if you keep this up, within a year probably enough to have killed you!.
Also, when (hopefully) you realise that this is futile and self destructive behaviour you will find that your metabolism has been damaged and weight maintenance will be a big problem for the rest of your life!.

Nope, keep going with it, it tends to slow down after you've lost some!. It gets harder and harder as you loose more but stick at it!

Your body fat will be turning into muscle so thats why your weight loss is slowing down!. 400-500 calories a day is not enough! You should be on more (1500 i think for women)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you lose it fast it'll come back double!. 1-2 pounds is a good loss per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
