Good diet tips for me?!


Question: Good diet tips for me!?
Hello there im ricky and im 14 years old!. I am 6ft tall and weigh about 218 pounds!. I have alot of muscle but i have a little extra fat too!. I can feel my muscle underneath all of my fat so i think im close to losing it maybe!. My main problems are my love handles and man boobs :I But like i said, i can feel tight muscle forming underneath my chest, but i still have a little fat around my nipples!. It's kinda embarrasing!. Any good tips on my diet or how to tone up quiker!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

Easy, eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies!. Since they're mostly water, fiber and vitamins, they're the ultimate diet food!. You feel full without actually eating a lot of calories!. Don't eat anything that comes out of the junk food aisle at the store, not even chips or cookies that are labled healthy or 100 calories!. And don't drink your calories!. Stick to water, milk and 100% juice with no added sugar!. And be active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is good that you are trying to get in shape while you are still young!. It is much harder when you get older!.
Cutting out the junk food is a good start, fruits and vegtables are good!. A juicer is a good idea but some fruits have allot of sugars in them and if you are juicing you may not realize how much fruit you are using!. Of course you can always dilute the juice!.
At 14 you are old enough to attend a gym if you can afford it, talk to your parents, maybe they will swing it for you if they see you are serious about shapping up!.
Since you are still growing, don't starve yourself but make wise choices!. good luck and keep us posted on how you are doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
