Bleh...lose weight?!


Question: Bleh!.!.!.lose weight!?
I am trying to lose about 25-35 pounds and I want to try to lose it kind of quickly!. I'm about 5 foot and I weigh about 130!. I may/may not be overweight, but I don't like the way I look so I'm trying to change!. It may not be the best for me, but it's what I want!. I try to stay somewhat active and I try to eat somewhat healthy!. Although sometimes, I eat junk food, which I know doesn't help the situation!. But if anyone knows a good way to help me, please let me know!. I'm kind of desperate, too!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had the same kind of problem a while back, and I found out u can lose alot of weight in one week by doing this:

jog everyday for about 10 to 15 min!. at a good pace!. THIS IS A MUST(do atleast once a day, or however many times a day)
do crunches 3 times a day, one when u wake up, one in the afternoon, and one before u go to bed (even if ur really tired, do THEM)--150 to 200 (when u feel the burn, keep going cause u lose the most weight in that time period)

eat about 5 meals a day (small meals evenly spaced apart)

if u dont want to eat 5 meals a day cause ur desperat u can do what i did and do which is to eat only two meals a day ( all completely healthy such as sandwhichs and no chips and carrots and lettece - no dressing) u can also eat and drink all the healthy stuff like salad, as u want------i just wanna say that even though this does work, its said not to be good for u!.

and if u choose to eat 5 meals, make sure u dont eat over 30 grams of fat and u eat all healthy food such as carrots or lettece or somethin

if u dont want to let ur parents know, eat what they serv, but stay off the junk food, if u cant, then DONT GET FRIESSS

DONT SAY TO UR SELF THAT U DONT FEEL LIKE WORKING OUT AND UR ADD UP FOR TOMMORROW, IT NEVER WORKS, DO THE WORKOUT (IT REALLY ISNT THAT MUCH AT ALL) AND IF U DONT WANNA DO IT, THEN DO IT AT WHATEVER PACE U WANT TOO, BUT DO IT!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, you can lose that no problems!. you should aim at about 1-2lbs a weeks!. you need to cut out ur high calorie items and try to exercise around half an hour a day!. 1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.
