I eat healthy, but am still a stone (14lbs)heavier that i want to be!.

Buy an exercise DVD!. You can get them very cheaply if you look around!. They can be a lot of fun and because there is an instructor on them telling you what to do and how to do it, you don't feel as though you are on your own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The only thing that motivates me is seeing the results!. I'm not gonna lie to you; I loathe exercise - but I started daily power walking and cycling a month ago and the results are really starting to show!. I still have to force myself to get out there every morning but I know it will all be worthwhile when I don my bikini this summer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe like set yourself a goal of what you want to look like [magazine pics] and then excerise with that in mind!.
also, going with a friend either to the gym, or running makes it alot funner!.
and if you try different sports, and not just stick to the one thing!. you might try pole dancing :P or kickboxing or karate or yoga or anything else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do something fun you enjoy not for the sake of exercise but for fun!.
Give your self a reward for exercising a certain amount everyday!.
Make it a habit!.
Get a reliable Friend to do it with you!.
Join a class were other people are watching you so you have to give it you all!.

Can you afford fitness DVD's from e-bay!? If you do them 3-4 times a week and eat healthily the weight will fall off!Www@Answer-Health@Com
