Flatter stomach/getting rid of stomach fat?!


Question: Flatter stomach/getting rid of stomach fat!?
would a combination of dieting, light cardio, and varied types of crunches give me a flat stomach!? by dieting i mean lowering my amount of calories to an amount where i start to lose weight!. for the light cardio i mean things like walking for long periods of time, or 20 minutes of running/walking alternately!. and for crunches i'm gonna do like i dunno, 30 regular crunches, like 30 of the ones where you put your hands behind your head and touch your elbows to your knees, and maybe 20 side crunches on each side, making a total of 100 crunches!. do you think i'll get good results!? i'm already dieting and doing the cardio and the pounds are coming off supeeer fast,but i've just started thinking about the crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups are the way, after i gave birth to my son, i done these for a few weeks and i was back to the flat stomach i always had, sit-ups tone up the muscles in your stomach so it works them out alone and will make you had a flat stomach, if you have never done these before it is best to start slowly and only do a couple then slowly build up maybe start with 10 then move to 20 after 2 weeks then maybe increase them by 10 every week or two until your are happy, if you feel uncomfortable and out of breath then do stop before you hurt yourself, always see a doctor before starting any fitness or diets!.!.

Pilates is great for toning the stomach muscles!. I have just done a session, and its killing my muscles!
As for losing the fat, the best thing to do is cardio 3x a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

crunches are no good!.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!. Every week add to the number of repetitions!. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
