How do i loose more weight?

Im 15 years old i once weighed 210 lbs after doing my own protein diet i know weigh 172.2 Im still noticing unwanted fat on my body and I want abs but my body is getting used to the diet causing me to not loose much more weight ...what do i do to start loosing weight again i want to weigh 160

If you have used a healthy diet to lose down to 172.2, there are a few things you can do to get past the plateau (sticking point).

1st, vary your calories each day. Have high days, and low days. If you eat exactly the same number of calories each day, your body gets used to it, and adjusts your metabolism to that number of calories. Going up 300 one day, and down 300 the next will shock it into burning fat again.

2nd, vary your exercise routine to get the most out of it. Check out some of the body building websites and try some of their ab exercises that may be different from the ones you are currently doing. Remember to allow your muscles to rest a day. You can get around this by working your upper body one day, and the lower body the next.

Finally, do some cardio if you want to burn fat. I'm not sure what you are doing now, but riding a bike or running just 30 minutes a day will also kick start your body into fat burning mode.
