What can i do to loose belly fat??!


Question: What can i do to loose belly fat!?!?
i'm 14 years old, 5'2 and weigh 105 pounds, and my stomache drives me CRAZY!. i always get so frustrated with myself because when i look in the mirror it's all i see!. i want to get down to like, 95 pounds by the beginning of july or august!.
any tips on how to loose the weight and stay motivated!?!?

You don't sound overweight to me, but if you want to increase your metabolism (which in turn burns fat) try eating 5-6 times a day!. Eat healthy proteins, fruits and vegetables with some complex carbs for energy!.

Exercise for 30 minutes at a time, 3 days a week!. 15 minutes resistance training and 15 minutes intervals!.

dont worry about it!.you ARE skinny enough you just dont realize it!.i wish i weighed 105 lb again! i used to think i was fat until i had my son and now i realize how skinny i was!.just have fun bein 14 and dont worry!. but your prolly still gonna worry so do some sit ups if it REALLY bothers you that bad :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

best exercise is slow metabolism !.!.!. walking or hiking!.
