How do I stop cravings?!


Question: How do I stop cravings!?
I keep getting cravings all through the day for various things!. I can be working and the next minute I'll crave a grilled shrimp and avacado salad! Sometimes I'll be in class and want a huge jelly filled donut! No I am not pregnant, there's no possible way!.and I'm physically fit and thin!.!.so! What can be wrong!? And how do I stop these cravings!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A quick, short-term solution is to down 16 oz of ice water as fast as you can!. Chug if possible!. Ice water is an appetite suppressant!. 16 oz will fill you up, and then you'll also be running to the bathroom pretty soon!. It's a way of "tricking" your brain into focusing on something other than the craving!. You'll have a full stomach and that will also help to alleviate it!. It's nothing wrong!. Just do your favourite activity or learn new things like hiking, sewing and playing chess etc!. You will put your concentration in them and you will get rid of you cravings!. Hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
