Question: Having time issues when it comes to working out!. How to organize my time after supper!? Ideas, help!?
I get home from work at 5:30, eat supper at 6:00 and then work out at 7:00!. But the gym closes at 9:00 and then I don't have enough time to do anything in the evening!. I can't work out in the morning!. What can I do to give myself more time!? Should I only eat half a supper, work out 30 minutes after, and then eat the rest of my supper later on!?
