Does running at a higher intensity make you NOT lose fat?!

Question: Does running at a higher intensity make you NOT lose fat!?
I calculated that for "maximum fat loss" my heart rate has to be 129 - 169!. When I do cardio, normally my heart rate is at 165 - 195!. So, am I not losing fat!? I'm confused!. If I tone down my running, I'll feel like I'm slacking!. Normally, I run for 30 minutes at high intensity, somewhat like intervals!.

My goal is to lose my belly!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also, don't listen to the person who told you to do crunches to lose your belly fat!. If you rely on crunches you'll build muscle under the fat, but you won't lose the fat!. It sounds like you already know that, but I just thought I'd add that in!. Here's some info on that:

Running isn't the best way to lose your belly!. The best way is by doing ab exercises like sit ups, crunches, six inches and things like that which specifically work that part of your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
