I can't lose those pesky 5 pounds!!!! HELP?!


Question: I can't lose those pesky 5 pounds!!!! HELP!?
I've been trying to loose those last 5 pounds and it just aint workin!. I just want to lose the weight around my thighs!. But it's stuck!. I do cardio!. And I hate soda and junk food!. I eat healthy but the fat won't leave!. I'm 15 and in high school!. Is it my age!. Because my mom stops eating bread for a week and she drops 5 pounds!. I cut out bread and nope nothin!.
I'm getting annoyed because it just won't go away!.

Anyone got any ideas that can help get rid of the fat!. Or get rid of some of the inner thigh pudge!.

try changing your workout!. You might add some strength training!. Since muscle is denser than fat, if you build muscle you will be smaller at the same body weight!. Muscle also burns more calories so the more muscle you have the more calories you burn even at rest!.

Even changing up your workout routine might shake up your body a little bit to get it to pay attention to those last five pounds!. Try varying the intensity of your cardio workouts!.!.!.!.including adding some lower intensity ones don't just make them harder!.!.!.!.and vary the kind of cardio that you do!. If you run, try biking!. If you dance, try swimming!.

And try not to focus on the number on the scale too much!.!.!.it's how you look and feel that counts the most and I'll bet you are the only one who thinks your thighs are carrying too much weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
