Alright what are some easy workouts that you can practice to make you jump higher, like ham string strenghtening?? And what can i do to loss 10lbs so i can jump higher!! thankyou

As far as jumping higher, you should do squats, lunges, calf raises and even jump roping helps! To lose 10 pounds, just run and lift weights. Good Luck!!!
