Is losing 5lbs in one week, normal?!
Question: Is losing 5lbs in one week, normal!?
I had gained quite a sum of weight in the seven months--I changed my career life!.
I committed to losing the weight on my own terms!.However, after weeks of losing 2lbs,I lost 5lbs from this week to last!. I am in week 6 of my routine of what I hope is a lifestyle consistency!. Consistency is important --that is why- I did not want to do anything to drastic that I would not stick to!. I did not change a thing in my food content!. I just put rules to it---smaller portions, eat more times a day about 5 times, drink 64 ounces of water, chew slower and never eat after seven!. So if I want pancakes and chicken for breakfast--I have it!.
So the 5lbs was a shock!.!.but I remember something similiar happening before!. I also know this wont happen every week!. In fact for the same behavior I might not lose any weights at all!.

our bodies are mysteries !.!.!.you could have had some water gain that week, and that goes away quickly !.!.!.or your body just had a "peek week", normal weight loss is about 1-3 lbs a week !.!.!.!.so 5 really isn't considered that muchWww@Answer-Health@Com
I do not know your weight honey!. If you weigh a lot then yes, it's normal to lose that amount of pounds in just a week!. Maybe more!.
Your body feels a change coming, and when it does, it kind of lets go and makes a drastic change!.
I say continue doing what you keep doing, no matter how much weight you lose in a week!. Make sure you're healthy and keep on working!Www@Answer-Health@Com
