Does anyone have any healthy food tips?
I just need to eat healthier. Or you can list soe healthy foods.
Answers:
Fruits and veggies, low fat dressings, sauces. Veggie soup recipe:
1 small head of cabbage, cut up
1 zucchini, diced
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 C. Cut up carrots (or 1 can)
1 C. celery stalks, diced
1/2 C. diced onion
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 t. garlic powder or minced garlic
3 15 oz. cans fat free or low fat chicken broth.
Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook on low for about 30 minutes or so, until cabbage is semi-tender. Salt and pepper to taste! (You can add a can of drained kidney beans for some protein, too.)
